Terms & Refunds
Hidden Word Homeschool is operated by Southwest Home Services LLC, an Ohio company (“we,” “us”). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
What you get
A subscription gives your household a new printable homeschool pack by email each week, for grades 3–5. Packs are PDF files you print at home.
Billing
Payments are processed by Square. The monthly plan renews automatically each month and the yearly plan renews automatically each year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement under Southwest Home Services LLC.
Founding families who join at $9 a month keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the current price applies.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@hiddenwordhomeschool.com with the name and email you subscribed with. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep every pack you have already received.
Refunds
- Monthly plan: we don’t refund partial months. After you cancel, you won’t be charged again.
- Yearly plan: if you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first yearly payment for a full refund. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal.
- If you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will make it right.
How you may use the packs
Scripture quotations are from the King James Version. The pack designs, activities, questions, and layouts are our work. Your subscription lets you print as many copies as your own household needs. Please don’t resell, share, or post the packs publicly. If your church or co-op would like to use them in a class, email us about a group license.
Changes
We may update these terms or our prices. We’ll email subscribers before any price change takes effect on their plan.
