Privacy
Hidden Word Homeschool is operated by Southwest Home Services LLC. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, so we can send your weekly packs and account emails.
- Payment details, which are entered on Square’s secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us, such as questions or cancellation requests.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your packs, manage your subscription, answer your questions, and occasionally tell you about new packs or grade levels. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the subscription, such as Square for payments and our email provider for delivery.
Children
Our packs are for children, but our subscriptions are for parents. We collect information only from the adult who subscribes, not from children.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information anytime by emailing hello@hiddenwordhomeschool.com.
